Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: July 6, 2026
BuyerAware is committed to making buyerawareapp.com usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions, or other assistive technologies.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Measures on this site include:
- Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators, including the checkout flow
- A "skip to main content" link on every page load
- Text and interface colors chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios
- Proper landmarks, heading structure, and form labels for screen readers
- Status messages announced to assistive technology (for example, when checkout becomes available)
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences
- No content that flashes, auto-plays, or requires audio — reports are delivered as text documents readable by assistive technology
Payment is handled on Stripe's hosted checkout, which Stripe maintains for accessibility. If you have difficulty completing a purchase through Stripe, contact us and we will arrange an alternative way to order.
Known limitations
This is a new service and we review accessibility on an ongoing basis. If any page element does not work with your assistive technology, we want to know.
Feedback and alternative access
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site — or would like to order a report or receive one in an alternative format — email hello@buyerawareapp.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to provide the information or transaction you need through an accessible alternative.
